Detailed Description

Time-neutral export fields shared by exporters and temporal steps.

Composition separates field lifetime from file encoding. This container owns conversion buffers and persistent schemas, but has no time, step index, TimeSet pointer or exporter pointer. A writer may store a dataset snapshot once or materialize the same values in temporal records. Owners have distinct field sets but may share compatible conversion spaces. Registration and mutation are collective where required and are not thread-safe.
